SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please note Australia Post have advised us of delivery delays within their network due to COVID-19.
We ship our pieces Australia wide, through Australia Post and Sendle. Your order will be shipped within three business days (unless advised otherwise), and generally takes up to seven business days to be delivered. Tracking information will be provided once your pieces are shipped.
Standard delivery is $10 (up to 7 business days*)
Express delivery is $13 (1-3 business days*)
*Please check Australia Post and Sendle websites for approx. shipping times to rural areas.
We recommend that you provide a secure address, as Mila and Me Handmade is not responsible for lost parcels. And it would be super sad to see your pearls go missing...
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We're confident you'll be happy with your pearls, but if for any reason you are not, please get in touch and we will work with you to resolve this. Although we do our best to safely package your pearls, we acknowledge that this may include defects, repairs, an exchange of item or a refund of purchase price if warranted. Be sure to hold onto the original packaging to help prevent damage on return.
